The flurry of news items on Auschwitz lead to a review of the
history of the death camp, then to other camps in the system,
then to the euthanasia program which prepared the way for the
death camps. Finally the trails of evidence led to the rise of
power of the nazis and Hitler.
Trails of evidence then led to the Bush family whom were
international bankers funding the rise of power of Hitler and
profiting off death camp slave labors and thefts from the
murdered victims estates, even down to stealing the gold
fillings in their teeth. Some of this bloody gold went into Bush
family pockets.
A nazi is somebody who endorses and helps impliment the nazi
program outlined by Adolph Hitler in his book "Mein Kampf". That
plan called for the liquidation (outright murder, forced slavery
unto death under extreme torture conditions, and starvation as
an intended consequences of forced relocations without food) of
no less than 50,000,000 people initially, to be followed by more
in similar acts later.
Using that definition, The George W. Bush ancestors were nazis,
who passed their "family values" down to their presidential
offspring. Since the Bush presidents never repudiated the nazi
past of their fore-fathers, and they benefited from the wealth
stolen from slave-camp workers and death-camp murders, and have
continually practiced similar genocides at all times where they
possessed power, the Bush family has been nazis and is nazis
today. The Walker-Bush family have "family values" of
sociopathic mass murder, passed down the generations as
infectious memes.

Gold Fillings, Auschwitz & George Bush
The Nazis extracted the fillings of its victims after being
informed by Degussa that the company could refine it into
marketable gold bullion. Degussa was awarded an exclusive
contract with the Nazis to refine all gold. The company was also
joint owners with I.G. Farben of Degesch, a firm that produced
Zyklon-B cyanide tablets used in the gas chambers. Due to the
hoard of gold fillings stacking up at Auschwitz, Degussa built a
smelter there. The bullion was then shipped back to Berlin and
commingled with the Nazis gold stash. Undoubtedly some of it
made its way back to the banker in charge of United Steel Works,
Prescott Bush.

Awhile back I touched on the connection between the Nazis and
the Bush family fortune as part of the review of the book "The
People as Enemy". And I also referred extensively to it in
"Frauds ‘R’ US" as well. Then a big piece was published in the
New Hampshire Gazette a couple of weeks ago, after some new
files were released after an FOIA application managed to squeeze

In October of 1942, under the Trading With the Enemy Act, the
U.S. government halted operations at New York's Union Banking
Corporation. A bank official was charged with "Running Nazi
front groups in the United States."
His name: Prescott Bush.
Prescott Bush, father of future U.S President George Herbert
Walker Bush and grandfather of George W. Bush, had been hard at
work on behalf of his Nazi partners. In flagrant violation of
U.S. law, Prescott Bush had worked tirelessly to launder money,
procure raw materials, arrange transportation and provide

In his proclamation marking January 27 as the 60th anniversary
of the Liberation of the Auschwitz Concentration Camp, President
Bush said the occasion is an opportunity to pass along lessons
of the Holocaust to the future.
“The history of the Holocaust demonstrates that evil is real,
but hope endures,” Bush said in his proclamation, released
January 25. It calls upon Americans to observe the occasion and
honor the victims of Auschwitz and the Holocaust.

President, so as to help illustrate how the second quoted
author, George Bush[1] came to share the outlook of the first,
Adolf Hitler.[2]
We shall examine here the alliance of the Bush family with three
other families: Farish, Draper and Gray.
The private associations among these families have led to the
President's relationship to his closest, most confidential
advisers. These alliances were forged in the earlier Hitler
project and its immediate aftermath. Understanding them will
help us to explain George Bush's obsession with the supposed
overpopulation of the world's non-Anglo-Saxons, and the
dangerous means he has adopted to deal with this `` problem. ''

The Bush Gang

As promised, George W. Bush has recruited competent and
experienced advisors. Despite their seeming diversity, however,
they have a common denominator. The America they reflect is the
oil, pharmaceutical, armament, Wall Street and eugenics
interests long associated with the Bush family.
Seventy years ago a similar configuration of oil,
pharmaceutical, chemical, military supply and eugenics interests
were organized by Wall Street into IG Farben/Standard Oil —
Hitler’s industrial powerhouse. To grasp the real significance
of what Bush’s cabinet has been brought together to accomplish,
it is essential to understand the history of IG Farben, its
relationship with American corporations and how together they
applied modern technology to the task of eugenics or scientific
racism.
According to former U.S. Justice Dept. Nazi War Crimes
Prosecutor John Loftus — who is today the director of the
Florida Holocaust Museum — "The Bush family fortune came from
the Third Reich,"according to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. Along
with the Rockefellers, DuPonts, General Motors and Henry Ford,
banks and shipping companies operated by the Bush family were
crucial players in setting up the industrial power behind the
Third Reich. These companies poured hundreds of millions of
dollars into IG Farben and provided it with technology for
tactically essential synthetic materials — while withholding the
same materials and patents from the U.S. government. According
to the Encyclopedia Brittanica, IG Farben built and operated
more than 40 concentration camps in Nazi-occupied Europe,
including Auschwitz. At their slave labor/factory/death camps
chemicals, weapons, drugs, synthetic fuels and other materials
vital to the Nazi war effort were manufactured. In addition,
eugenicists like Dr. Josef Mengele used the human subjects in
the camps for experiments, the data from which are today the
basis for many drugs marketed by the pharmaceutical industry. At
the end of WWII the Allies split up IG Farben into companies
that are now the top pharmaceutical concerns on earth, including
Bayer, Hoechst, BASF, the Agfa-Gevaert Group and Cassella AG.
For those who scoff at the validity of comparing the Bush
administration to the Nazis and IG Farben, please note that I’m
not suggesting that Bush is a literal Nazi nor am I implying
that everyone who is an oil or pharmaceutical company executive
automatically deserves to be linked to IG Farben. That the Bush
wealth and prominence in American politics is derived from
Prescott Bush and George Herbert Walker’s support of Hitler is a
historical fact.

of their fathers._ (Farrish's father committed suicide over his
father's connections to the Bush-Nazi scandal)._ Whatever the
reason for the rebellion of the grandchildren, this Bush is
quite a different man than his forbears._ I like him and wish
him well._ But liking this Bush does not excuse my duty as a
historian to tell the truth and let the chips fall where they
may.
There was a great deal of skepticism ten years ago when I first
wrote about the Bush-Nazi scandal in my book, "The Secret War
Against the Jews"._ Its historical validity has now been
confirmed by the ground breaking work of reporter John
Buchanan._ In October, 2003, Buchanan unearthed the recently
released Bush-Thyssen files in the U.S. National Archives.
These long buried U.S. government files demonstrate that the
Bush family stayed on the corporate boards of Nazi front groups
even after they knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that they were
helping the financial cause of the Third Reich._ It was all
about the money._ Nazi Germany is where the Bush family fortune
came from, and where the Harrimans, and the Rockefellers
increased their fortunes to obscene proportions.

George W. Bush's grandfather derived a portion of his personal
fortune through his affiliation with a Nazi-controlled bank.
John Loftus, a former prosecutor in the Justice Department's
Nazi War Crimes Unit, said his research found that Bush's
grandfather, Prescott Bush, was a principal in the Union Banking
Corp. in Manhattan in the late 1930s and the 1940s. Leading Nazi
industrialists secretly owned the bank at that time, Loftus
said, and were moving money into it through a second bank in
Holland even after the United States declared war on Germany.

When George "Poppy" Bush ran for president in 1988 and 1992
there were little warning signs of a right-wing connection, but
few paid them much attention. In the 1988 campaign it surfaced
that one of Bush's campaign staffers was a distributor of
pro-Nazi propaganda. Before the ink was dry on the culprit's
resignation, further revelations followed that there were
several ex-Nazis on Bush's campaign staff, including Laszlo
Pastor and Yaroslav Stetsko. Pastor was a member of the
Hungarian Arrow Cross during World War II, a pro-Nazi military
order known for its excessive brutality. Stetsko served as the
prime minister of the short-lived Nazi Ukrainian puppet
government. During his brief reign more than 100,000 Jews were
slaughtered in Lvov. His hiring Fred Malek, a well-known Nazi
collaborator, for both his presidential campaigns, further
emphasized George Bush's insensitivity towards victims of the
Holocaust. Upon winning the presidency in one of the dirtiest
campaigns in memory, Poppy Bush placed his assets in a blind
trust headed by his close friend William Stamps Farish III. That
appointment should have raised a red flag. Farish's grandfather,
William Stamps Farish I, was a war profiteer during World War
II. In defiance of the American embargo, Farish sold the
Japanese the aviation gas used in the Pearl Harbor attack. The
elder Farish also supplied Hitler's war machine with oil and
tetraethyl lead. Senator Prescott Bush, Poppy Bush's father, was
a close friend of the elder Farish. Even after his testimony
before Harry Truman's committee on waste and fraud in the war
industry prompted Senator Truman to cry, "This is treason!"
Farish remained a Bush intimate.
In fact, during the war Prescott himself had three companies
seized from him for trading with the Germans in wartime. But he
was not just trading with the Nazis - he was financing them and
helping to arm them. Even acting in collusion with their
policies of slave labor and extermination.

Why is it IBM can craft finely wrought arguments disputing TSCOG rights into
minor side issues of the case but allows the fundamental issues to pass
unchallenged whatsoever?
I am 56 years old. My first access of networked computers was 1972, back when
the proto-internet had 23 distributed databases which could be accessed by the
general public without a security clearance. It was the same year Popular
Electronics published the schematics and plans for building a "personal
computer" for the first time in world history.
My business at the time involved publications on paper which used
"computer-assisted" typography, and involved knowledge of then current
applicable copyright laws.
With this background the emerging case of SCO v IBM 30 years later caused
tinglings in long forgotten memories. I personally, not on the paryoll with
handsome hourly billing, went back and checked the history of UNIX as published
by the developers on their home pages, and as recorded by professional computer
historians in multiple confirmatory documentations.
I researched and compared the applicable copyright laws of each moment in time
to the recorded behaviors documented by credible experts.
In all this I performed "due diligence" required on a citizen as
"mandatory duty" imposed by law on every citizen of "average
intelligence" upon receiving "notice". These quoted terms are all
well-defined legal terms having definate specific meanings in courts of law.
They apply to corporate legal departments as much as they apply to real
persons.
How much more duty has the IBM legal staff to do as I have done? They have
accepted payment of large sums of money and put themselves forward as experts in
law suitable to represent others and to dispense legal advice and counsel.
The issues raised in the two hearings of March 1993 in the USL/AT&T v BSDi
case are required to be brought before all courts hearing further developments
of this disputed IP.
It is required that IBM and SCO each severally, and both collectively, must deal
with unresolved issues of law which were pending when that FEDERAL case was
dismissed by joint agreement of the plaintiff/defendent, and was further
re-litigated under other bases in state court which failed to resolve the open
issues pending in the previous Federal Court lawsuit.
It is wrong for both IBM and SCO to avoid dealing with the still pending issues
from the federal case of 1993, before arguing probably moot issues eleven years
later. Copyrights, once voided by copyright-holder volitional behaviors can
never be healed again. To ignore 1993 evidence weighed by a federal court is
improper behavior on both parties, IBM as much so as SCO.
It is first and foremost priority to have this present court informed of issues
which were pending in 1993, and have those issues resolved by judgements before
any further issues are brought for arguments, as it is defrauding the current
judiciary that nothing meaningful was introduced in 1993, and it is defrauding
this current judge(s) that there is no prior findings by federal court already
on record over this exact same codebase.
IBM and SCO both are reputed to have perused this website, where I have brought
up these points repeatedly. I have documented the prior applicable laws which
applied to expert witnessed behaviors at the moments in time when those
behaviors were performed. Acts leading to the wholesale voiding of copyrights
were on record in 1993, two years before the internet was opened for wide public
use, and much additional evidence has been produced since the worldwide access
to evidence has been made possible.
Copyrights were certainly voided, and therefore it is an act of perjury to make
written or oral arguments, under oath or as officers of the court, that intact
copyrights exist to be infringed.
There are known financial incentives for both sides to preserve a fiction about
"valuable" UNIX copyrights: IBM markets expensive "AIX"
products which are devalued if they are based on substantial public domain
codebase, and SCO markets "UNIX"-derived products which are higher
priced than they otherwise would be if they were known to contain large amounts
of public domain.
Courts are not here to preserve unwarranted product market value, but intead are
to protect society's interests in peaceable resolution of disputes and
clarification of lawful regulation of the rights of all stakeholders.
MY RIGHTS are at issue here. I paid AT&T to develop UNIX at a time that it
was prohibited from marketing software products.
I paid through inflated long-distance charges that made AT&T one of the
wealthiest corporations of its time.
AT&T was fairly compensated 100% for all UNIX development expenses by the
regulatory structure that existed during UNIX development.
UNIX was not developed as a "product", was not managed as a
"product", and therefore behaviors voiding copyright were not a
corporate consideration during UNIX development.
Evidence of clear voiding of UNIX copyrights dates from the earliest moments,
and further developments were deriviative of public-domain core codebase. Such
derivative efforts have very strict and limited copyright protection under all
the copyright laws applicable at every moment from UNIX creation to present.
I own the public domain portion of UNIX. My rights are being violated by IBM and
SCO currently defrauding a judge that my public domain portion can be privatized
by ignoring findings from a 1993 Federal Court judge.
IF IBM and SCO are reading: cease and desist from all conduct that
misappropriates my property to your private ownership, either singly or
collectively.
Cease and Desist from commiting felony fraud to deceive a judge in the current
pending case(s) that there is no prior judicial history on record concerning
this exact codebase of software.
Deal with the reality of history exactly as it has happened and is eyewitnessed
by credible experts who have made their accounts be placed widely available
public record.
Then, in a sequential manner, deal with the historical fact that judicial
findings and broad public production of confirmatory evidence substantially
alterred the value and terms of contracts between yourselves.
Certain exclusive rights ceased to exist, and mutually equal ownership rights
sprang into existence, in 1993. There were mandatory duties imposed by law upon
the parties in court in 1993 of disclosure of material facts, and similar
mandatory duties imposed on all successor of interest.
The lack of depositing any documents with the current court(s) that madatory
duties were in any way discharged is prima facia evidence of an active attempt
to defraud this current court(s) that there were any mandatory duties imposed by
law and/or action of judicial interpretation of law.
There is evidence on record that madatory duties of disclosure of material facts
were not performed in renewal of licence in the Monterey Project.
Omission of performance of mandatory duties, and concealment of lack of
performance of mandatory duties is prima facia evidence of intent to defraud
this current court.
There are felony criminal penalties for fraud in every state and the United
States as a whole. There are prison terms for officers of the court as well as
for corporate managers and officials. NOBODY will get away with felony criminal
fraud in any of these case -- neither lawyers nor their clients.
Any future statements made in any public venue that you read this website will
constitute "notice" that you have seen this published statement. You
will perform your mandatory duties required by an orderly society governed by
rule of law. You will not permit this court to be deceived by acts or omissions
of acts on your part.
The "six degrees of separation" means that of the 5,000 registered
users of this service there are untold numbers having access to attention of
media, state attorney's general, and bar associations.
The disreputable behaviors of collaboratively privatizing public domain property
through felony fraud will not remain unchallenged.
Neither side of this legal dispute has demonstrated such awesome competence that
it in any way intimidates bringing criminal prosecutions on any party aiding and
abetting felony fraud perpetrated upon a United States Federal Court. It is in
my interest to see that attempts at fraud fail.

Oh, give me a break. The article is thickly marbled with lard, brain-clogging
irrelevent fatty molecules of words, phrases, sentences and paragraphs. It could
be trimmed by a decent editor to 10% of it's original bulk.
Trotting out motherhood, apple pie, the flag, god and patriotism, we are
expected to salute this thing instead of think about the key parts.
Appeals to sappy self-interest saccarine avoids the fact that self-interest is
working both sides of this street. Programmers like to get paid. Innovators like
to get paid. Companies like to get paid. Those who did nothing want benefits of
others work for free, or as cheap as they can get it. Self-interest wants others
intellectual property without turning over any chattel in exchange.
The patent law was designed for both sides. It was not designed for instant
gratification for the stingy. Your children can have this invention for free in
a generation (20ish years or thereabouts) in exchange THIS generation has to get
off their wallets and pay the guy who makes both your life and future
generations lives better. If you don't like the price, don't pay it, but the
IP is not your property until the 20 years is up.
Nobody owes Linux users anything. Not Linus, not FSF, not IBM. Get used to that
reality because it is never going to change no matter how much lard you throw at
it. YOU are entitled to YOUR productivity as a natural right, and NOTHING MORE.
Everything else you have to negotiate and bargain for.
The fact that some people have donated some of their brainsweat to you free of
charge does not convey any rights that all brainsweat should be without charge
forevermore.
I notice that Pamela Jones employer bought and paid for a study that claims that
patents may infringe on Linux, but they have not Open Sourced that study.
They didn't donate the intellectual work that tells which patents they found so
that many eyes can double check what might well be propaganda misleading the
public about Linux vulnerabilities.
I notice they charge $150,000 insurance policy to indemnify Linux users against
(FUD?) patent infringement causes of action. It is in their financial
self-interest to foster fear about being sued, uncertainty about what the
lawsuit might be based upon, and doubt about the ability to rely on Linux.
Yeah, friends like that might spam the internet with news stories about how
protecting innovators is the enemy, and we need to get rid of innovator
protection. Lobbing stinkbombs of unsubstantiated news stories onto the tech
news websites is not particularly a friendly act.
In the early 1970s I made some inventions. Then I looked around at the current
scene. The longest running lawsuit in the history of lawsuits (17 years that
lawsuit took) was Dupont being sued over the patent-infringement of
polypropylene , the plastic they make car battery cases and extension cord
insulation wire out of. I knew then that the innovator was without genuine
protection.
Here it is more than 30 years later and neither the next generation nor YOUR
generation has ever benefited from my inventions because I didn't patent any
with worthless patent protection, and you didn't/won't receive the benefits of
public domain after 20 years. My patents would have expired 15 years ago.
I wouldn't have benefitted in either case, patenting or burying the inventions,
because there are theives as far as the eye can see in all directions. You
don't even have a clue what you lost out on.
The Free Software movement was in no small part motivated by people who resented
the theft of their intellectual property and preferred to give it away without
compensation in a rigged economy, a corrupt society, that lets thieves get away
with theft.
The free software undermines the corruption of the monopolist cartels of big
software industry.
That was their choice.
It is not your inalienable right to have "free" software.
I gave away algorithms to the public domain back when some of you weren't even
born.
Some of you grew up using concepts which I donated which made your life richer.
Just because I gave in the past does not mean you own what I know -- you're
worse than SCO, who at least has a written contract of sorts with IBM.
You own NOTHING of my brainsweat and get NOTHING that either (A) I don't donate
of my free will, or else (B) you bargain with me and get off your wallets. Get
used to reality.

Amazon Fires Change Weather, Speed Deforestation
#1 -- wood is obsolete: entire cities can be built without using a stick of lumber, replaced with new synthetics which never rot, burn or rust and are environmentally benign.
#2 -- food production can occur on smaller plots with much higher density of yields, rendering deforestation obsolete.
#3 -- human buildings can be constructed in much better density efficiencies offering more amenities within walking distances of home so as to compact the human ecological footprint.
These facts make the below story more tragic, because it is so totally unnecessary and actually impedes people obtaining a higher standard of living than they currently have.

Amazon Fires Change Weather, Speed Deforestation
BRASILIA, Brazil (Reuters) - Burning of the Amazon jungle is changing weather patterns by raising temperatures and reducing rainfall, accelerating the rate at which the forest is disappearing and turning into grassland, scientists said on Tuesday.

Wide-scale burning by loggers and farmers of the Amazon has risen sharply over the past two decades, changing the region's cloud cover and reducing the amount of rain in some deforested areas that are turning into grassland or savanna.
"All the models indicate the same thing, 'savannization,"' Pedro Leite Silva Dias of the University of Sao Paulo said at a conference on research on Amazon deforestation.
Silva Dias said the worst-case scenario for the Amazon, a continuous tropical forest larger than the continental United States, is that at current burning and deforestation rates, 60 percent of the jungle will turn into savanna in the next 50 to 100 years. The most likely outlook is that 20 to 30 percent will turn into savanna, according to forecasting models.
Destruction of the Amazon, home to up to 30 percent of the globe's animal and plant species, reached its second-highest level last year. An area of 5.9 million acres, bigger than the state of New Jersey, was destroyed as loggers and farmers hacked and burned the forest in 2003.
About 85 percent of the Amazon is still standing.
The Amazon experts are presenting the latest findings of the Large Scale Biosphere-Atmosphere Experiment in Amazonia, the world's largest experiment on jungle deforestation.
The experiment, which includes U.S. space agency NASA (news - web sites), has found increasing evidence that the Amazon is slowly getting drier due to burning, with unpredictable consequences for its survival and weather patterns.
The experiment has monitored the Amazon since 1998, using research towers and a unique satellite image system.
As the climate becomes drier and reduces the colossal amount of water vapor over the Amazon, the effects will spread internationally, the experts said.
"Clouds over the Amazon are not in their normal state. The repercussions of this are going to be felt far away," said Meinrat Andreae of Germany's Max Planck Institute of Chemistry. "This leads to significant changes of global (cloud) circulation."
Experts have found that burning of the Amazon, accounts for 75 percent of Brazil's greenhouse gas emissions, making Brazil one of the world's top 10 polluters.
The scientists said the Amazon's climate is already getting hotter due to global warming. Burning in the area itself is accelerating that process.
